Located at 1903 W 25th St, Cleveland, OH 44113, Choolaah operates as an indian restaurant serving Cleveland in Ohio. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Cleveland, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Ohio run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Cleveland is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cleveland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Kinda went here on a whim. I needed good food and wanted a place to chill. I definitely got that here. The outdoor seating is so nice! The plants that barrier the tables is a nice touch. The food was incredible… I was gonna go in for a small snack, but ate my whole bowl. Marina specifically was such a gem. I told her how new I was to Indian food and she was able to make the menu a breeze. A true beam of sunshine! If you’re in the area and need a quick bite, I’d put this restaurant in rotation!

Julia was very kind. Our takeout order took longer than expected, and it was near closing time. She went out of her way to give us a coupon and free naan, handled the situation professionally, and provided excellent customer service. She was sincere and hardworking. The food was great, as always.

It’s a good place for a big, hearty meal at a reasonable price. However, if you’re craving authentic Indian food, I’d choose a different place.

This is a a good alternative to Chipotle... I like their Western presentation of Indian foods. Indian dishes like paneer, chickpea masala, rajma (black lentils) and many more are blended with America familiarities like roasted corn and other western ingredients to give a unique presentation that actually tastes good! I like the make your own bowl options here a bit better than the chipotle counterpart.

We visited on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch in mid-April 2025. We parked in the back parking around across 24th street. It said free parking if 90 mins or less but you have to download app and register car. There is a nice entrance from the back side and additional seating out back as well. We ordered a number of items on the kiosk. We have never been here before and so we wanted to take our time and not have to occupy the employees time. We go the pro bowls not realizing they also didn't come with rice. So learning mistake for next time but everything we order was still amazing. The vegetables were perfectly roasted and fresh and same with the proteins. The samosas were my favorite and there are so many different sauces to choose from. Our youngest picky eater got a cheese naan pizza and devoured it no questions asked. One tip is that the spicy chicken is definitely spicy. Our family is used to spicy but I think my wife and kids were surprised by how spicy the "spicy" was. So take that into account when deciding. It was spicier than you think. It was still less than Thai spicy but up there with some Korean spicy. The layout of the restaurant was great and very bright, vibrant a
